Pilsen condos and townhouses
Some claim Pilsen could be Chicago's next Wicker Park. Others say it'll never gentrify the way that North Side neighborhood has. Nevertheless, Pilsen - the area southwest of Downtown Chicago, bounded by the Chicago River and Halsted and 16th streets - has seen its share of rehabs and new-construction homes in recent years.
